We recruit bright university graduates that are looking to move into the field of IT recruitment. Our training schemes are flexible and tailored to meet the needs of the individual. You will be encouraged to progress to a Consultant position in as short a time period as possible, however this will not be achievable until you have proven yourself in all other areas of the business. Promotion is based upon results and results are rewarded accordingly.
However, we are always looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants
Basic to £25K (Dependant on Exp.) + OTE (Best commission scheme in the industry – we like to keep our staff) + Annual Bonus
- We look for local candidates (within 30 mins) with a stable background and a history of exceeding annual targets.
- Ideally you will have experience working in the IT industry but we’re prepared to consider other professional sectors as well.
- Degree education or similar.
You will obviously need to be highly motivated, articulate, confident, have a high degree of initiative and integrity and have a good sense of humour!
